It will also help identify looops in the professional practive enviroment, and as well as help develop an individual action plan to identify practical actions/behaviors which will improve your own personal level of accountability. However, we allstruggle with what and how to change. In this summit, Dr. Gail Wolf will examine leadership and nursing practice through a new lens that illuminates a fresh approach for transforming health care in the Mid-South.
